How Sukiden handles personal information for businesses, customers, and website visitors.

This Privacy Policy explains how Waillan Digital OPC, doing business as Sukiden (“Sukiden,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit sukiden.com, contact us, or use our wallet loyalty platform (the “Service”). We process data in line with the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and applicable regulations.
For your Sukiden business account and our operation of the platform, we act as a personal information controller. When you collect customer contacts and issue wallet passes to your patrons, you are the controller for that customer data and Sukiden processes it on your instructions as a personal information processor. Your privacy practices toward your customers are your responsibility; we provide tools to help you meet notice and consent requirements.
Account and business information. Name, email, password (stored in hashed form), store name, billing details, plan selection, and communications with support.
Service usage. Pass designs, campaigns, staff accounts, scanner activity, workflow settings, and analytics about how you use the dashboard.
End-customer data you submit. Names, phone numbers, email addresses, visit or stamp history, redemption records, and wallet pass identifiers needed to operate loyalty features you configure.
Marketing site visitors. IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referral URLs, and similar technical data via cookies and similar technologies when you browse our public website (see Section 8).
Contact form. Information you send through Contact, including name, email, subject, and message.
We rely on contract performance to deliver the Service, legitimate interests to secure and improve our platform, consent where required (for example, certain marketing cookies), and legal obligation where applicable.

Customer data you store in Sukiden is retained according to your settings and our backup cycles; you may export or delete data where the product allows. Marketing logs are kept for limited periods aligned with analytics provider settings.
Our marketing site may use cookies and pixels to remember preferences, measure traffic, and attribute advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect site functionality. Staff app sessions use cookies or local storage for authentication.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use strong passwords and protect your devices.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal information, or withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
